ACOR in Australia

The 46th APPEA annual conference was held at the new Convention & Exhibition Centre on the Gold Coast, Queensland and attracted over 1300 delegates.  ACOR had a very productive visit in Australia. 

While the conference was going on, ACOR had multiple investors requesting appointments to meet with ACOR about exploring for oil & gas on ACOR's vast properties.

The final result of those meetings has lead to the agreement of two separate transactions with two separate oil companies agreeing to explore for oil & gas on approximately 8,414,348 gross acres and spend approximately $6,500,000 in onshore exploration on ACOR's vast assets located in South Australia and Queensland, in the prolific Cooper/Eromanga Basin.

From Beijing China to Cisco, Texas

Senior Management from a Large Chinese Oil Company of Beijing, China traveled to the offices of Australian-Canadian Oil Royalties Ltd., located in Cisco, Texas to discuss and evaluate ACOR's working interest properties.  The oil company sent its key people to evaluate the possibilities of possibly exploring for oil & gas on ACOR's PEL 108, 109 & 112 properties, located in the Cooper/Eromanga Basin of South Australia.  The evaluation team spent a week with ACOR management looking over the data.

The Chinese Oil Company is one of the largest integrated energy and chemical companies in China and owns over 100 drilling rigs.

Infrastructure

  • The Cooper/Eromanga Basin has three oil and/or gas pipelines ranging from 12’’ to 34’’, feeding Sydney, Adelaide, and multiple power plants in South Australia

  • Another pipeline from Moomba to the Ballera Distribution Center in Queensland connects to the Tenneco 16’’ gas line, feeding into the east coast system of Brisbane

  • There are hundreds of miles of oil and gas gathering lines
